Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball

Makes 1 1/2 cups spread or 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 5 crackers each.

8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1/2 cup pecans
  1. Beat cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and ground red pepper with mixer until well blended. Added roasted peppers; mix just until blended.
  2. Shape into ball. Roll in nuts.
  3. Refrigerate 4 hours. Serve with crackers.
