2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 large egg
2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 48 mini-muffin cups.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
- Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.
- Beat in bananas and egg.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture; stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter evenly into prepared cups, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in pans on wire rack.
- Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
